St. Johns Neighborhood Cleanup - Hosted by SJNA

What to Bring: Please come in comfortable walking clothes and closed-toed shoes. Bring your own water, snacks, and hand sanitizer if you plan to take a break while picking up litter. Be prepared to work rain or shine, and dress for the weather. All cleanup supplies will be provided by SOLVE. Feel free to bring the following items to help us reduce the number of disposable supplies we distribute: reusable bag or 5-gallon bucket, garden or work gloves, litter grabber.

Advanced Registration: Is highly suggested but not required. Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.

Meeting Location: Volunteers will be meeting in the parking lot at the corner of Fessenden and Columbia Way. Look for the St. Johns Neighborhood Association signs.

What to Bring:

What's Provided: SOLVE will provide trash grabbers, trash bags, work gloves, and high-vis vests.

Restrooms: No public restrooms are available

Parking: While we encourage neighbors to walk, bike, or bus over, there is plenty of street parking if you choose to drive.

Transit: The 4 and 11 buses stop nearby.

Accessibility: This area is accessible for folks with mobility concerns.

Translation Services: There will be a Spanish speaker present at this event.

Youth Volunteers: Volunteers 13 and under must be accompanied by an authorized adult.
