This two-hour introductory class will be taught by Ashley Butler, a Commercial Real Estate Broker with KellerWilliams Realty and MESO partner. The class covers how to find, analyse, secure funding, negotiate and close on the purchases of office buildings, childcare or service facilities, retail spaces, warehouses, industrial properties, and multifamily apartment buildings. The class is geared towards small business owners and offers time to ask questions to guide you on your way to your commercial building purchase.
